OTD's John Castillo becomes the fourth Kaizen Recipient!
Thanks to John Castillo's suggestion of having a list of available books, OTD employees now have the chance to browse through a list of available resources, making it easier for them to find the books they need. John's conscientious effort in contributing to the company's improvement has earned him the title of "fourth kaizen recipient" for which he is rewarded the 4,000 Pesos Kaizen Bonus.
