OTD Team takes a Stress and Relaxation Seminar from HMO FortuneCare




The OTD Team had its Wellness Seminar conducted by FortuneCare Philippines last May 28, 2011. This was in part of the HMO and OTD's efforts to augment and influence healthy lifestyle choices of its team.

Dr. Edwin Fabros gave an an eye-opening presentation on Stress and Relaxation.
